Clearer distinction between authored and generated pages
It's not always obvious which pages are hand-authored editorial and which are generated. We want the distinction visible without leaking internal labels into UI.

Scope: Add subtle metadata (e.g. HowTo dateModified, methodology notes) rather than public 'generated' labels. Decision: keep it internal-only if it can hurt trust.
We are exploring whether readers benefit from more transparent evidence dates on system-generated pages. Not yet planned, no timeline commitment.
