What is LocalForge AI?
LocalForge AI is an AI image and video application with separate local and Studio cloud modes. The buy and download path is paid Standard or Pro. Paid local licenses run offline after activation. Users can also sign in to Studio and spend separately purchased cloud credits.
Does LocalForge AI work completely offline?
Paid Standard and Pro licenses work offline after you activate them. Studio cloud mode is separate and uploads the inputs required to run the selected cloud job.
Does LocalForge AI upload my prompts or images?
Local mode does not upload prompts or generated content. If you explicitly choose Studio cloud mode, the inputs required for that cloud job are sent to Studio.
Do I need to create an account?
No website account. Buy Standard ($50) or Pro ($97) and use the license key from your purchase email. Canvas, image, and video are included.
Is there any tracking or telemetry?
Paid local licenses do not include analytics tracking or generation telemetry, and they do not upload prompts or media. If you explicitly choose Studio cloud mode, the inputs required for that cloud job are sent to Studio.
Where are my generated images and videos stored?
All outputs are generated locally. Files are saved on your machine only if you choose to save or export them.
Is LocalForge AI a subscription?
The LocalForge AI software remains a one-time purchase with lifetime access. Privacy Pro is a separate subscription, not added to the Standard or Pro checkout. It includes a 3-day free trial, then costs $19.99/month for ongoing privacy-hardening updates as Windows, drivers, telemetry, indexing, and cloud-sync integrations evolve. Get Privacy Pro on its own. A payment method is required for the trial. Cancel before it ends to avoid the first recurring charge; cancellation never removes your one-time software license.
What operating systems are supported?
LocalForge AI supports Windows, macOS, and Linux. The same package works across all three platforms. macOS requires Apple Silicon with enough unified memory; Windows and Linux need a compatible GPU and system RAM. Check your hardware before you buy.
